On October 19, 2009, Fort Myers Computer Store, Entech Computer Services—which provides IT products and solutions to both business and residential customers—will be combining the store with their corporate office, located at 6338 Presidential Court, Suite 201, Fort Myers, Florida.

The move will combine all of Entech’s professional IT services under one roof and allow for the delivery of even more efficient and award winning customer service to their clients. It means more technicians on hand to provide more personal attention and allows Entech’s Professional Services Division to offer a wide variety of services which include:   

• A dedicated Help Desk: Entech can more efficiently troubleshoot and resolve clients’ computer issues. Many times, it can be done remotely, eliminating the need for onsite visits.

• Onsite Network Administration: Each call is analyzed carefully so the appropriate technician is dispatched. This guarantees the best resolution in the least amount of time. 

• Information Technology Consulting: Entech technicians have several years of experience in IT and can give the best advice for whatever solution the you need, from relocating to adding a new workstation and everything in between.  

• Voice Over IP Phone Systems: Entech is the exclusive provider in Southwest Florida of Whaleback VOIP phone systems which saves customers hundreds of dollars on their monthly phone bills. They also offer features not provided by standard phone systems.

• Managed IT Services: Entech utilizes their enControl® technology to proactively and remotely monitor, diagnose and resolve IT problems before they cause loss of time and productivity, to save clients money.

• A WiFi Division: Entech provides wireless “hot spots” or point-to-point connections between buildings for clients, including many of Southwest Florida’s resorts, so their guests can log on from anywhere at the resort.

This 3,750 square foot location also houses Entech’s Administrative, Accounting, Sales and Marketing Departments as well as Executive offices.
