Help Desk
Our Help Desk is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our goal is to provide quality support over the phone and/or thru remote access in order to help our clients save on the added cost of an onsite visit. Unlike an onsite visit, Help Desk calls are billed in 15 minute intervals. Most calls can be completed successfully in an average of 30 minutes. This works out to over $100.00 in savings for our clients.
